Service Description

In this 30 minute session, you will be guided through a breathing technique (pranayama) and learn how it benefits your mind and body followed by a guided meditation to integrate more deeply. We may explore using our voices, listening to crystal singing bowls, hand gestures (mudras), and more. Have pillows and/or blankets as needed for comfort.
